The Australian Poultry Standards 2 lists the following varieties of turkeys:

Black

Blue

Bourbon Red

Bronze

Buff

Narragansett

Royal Palm

Slate ("recessive" in Australia - different to Slate in the USA)

White

There are however, many other Non-Standard varieties of Turkeys such as:

Black-Winged Bronze

Black-Winged Narragansett

Cinnamon

Lilac

Oregon Grey

Sweetgrass
